William Riley joined Ciardullo Architecture & Engineering in 2009 with 14 years of experience at major New York City Architectural firms and a decade of prior construction experience.

 

Mr. Riley serves as Senior Project Manager for the firm’s larger projects and has broad responsibilities overseeing production of feasibility reports, design presentations and construction documents.  His extensive knowledge of construction is utilized to direct construction administration with a focus on quality control. 

 

His technical knowledge of exterior wall systems has led our firm to success with several innovative projects, such as the unitized ACM (Aluminum Composite Material) wall used on Harlem Children Zone’s Success Academy, a Fiber-Reinforced-Concrete Rain screen re-clad at Beacon HS and the Terracotta Panel Rain Screen retro fit for I.S. 323 in Manhattan.  At all phases of the process Mr. Riley strives for elegant and coherent solutions from concept to detail. Prior to joining the firm he was involved with the design of notable residential projects, such as SOHO Mews and Pennmark Towers in Manhattan.

 

He holds a Bachelor's of Architecture from Pratt Institute and is a licensed architect in the state of New York
