Brian has more than sixteen years of experience with Ciardullo Architecture & Engineering. He has worked on projects ranging from residential to adaptive reuse.
While managing the Urban Assembly New York Harbor School, Brian ensured the success of the project from design through construction phases. The New York Harbor School is one of the first non-military use buildings on Governors Island since its transfer to the City of New York. A second collaboration with the Harbor School lead to the feasibility and planning of a Marine and Science Technology building situated on the New York harbor. Additionally, Brian has worked directly with the client and community to convert an existing mental health facility into two middle schools, I.S. 323 on Morton Street in Greenwich Village. This facility will incorporate innovative features such as a dance studio and roof garden.
Brian earned his Bachelor's of Architecture from Wentworth Institute of Technology in Boston, Massachusetts. With a passion for planning and design, he continues to work passionately on several large-scale educational projects in the public and private sectors.
