William Riley, RA
Project Manager

William Riley joined John Ciardullo Associates in 2009 after 4 years at Gwathmey Siegel.

Mr. Riley will serve as a Project Manager for the firm’s larger projects and be responsible for overseeing the production of Scope/Feasibility Reports and Design Documents and overseeing the review of Shop Drawing during the Construction Phase.

As a Project Manager at Ciardullo, Mr. Riley has lead the design and construction of PS 87M a 57,790sf design/build project for Cypress Hills Community School District.

He has prior experience with various firms in commercial/residential high-rise buildings having lead the design and construction of SOHO Mews a 173,000sf, 68 unit complex and  Pennmark Towers a 650,000 sf mixed use building.

Mr. Riley received his Bachelor of Architecture from Pratt Institute in 1993.  He is a registered architect in New York and New Jersey.
