Project Manager

Neil Bienvenu joined John Ciardullo Associates in 2003, with prior experience at SBLM Architects.  His expertise in planning, programming, detailing and building code compliance allow Mr. Bienevenu to handle the firm’s most complex projects.

As Project Manager he has successfully designed, executed and coordinated all documents for two adaptive re-use projects within the landmarked 32-story Standard Oil Building in Manhattan.  As the first Leased Space school in an existing office building to come under New York City’s sustainable building mandate it will set the standards for the on-going development of the NYC Green Schools Guide.

Urban Assembly School of Business for Young Women, Manhattan located on the 4 and 5th  floor and (Middle School) located on the 6 and 7th floor featuring a center stair with illuminated panels, technology center and library.

High School, located in part of the cellar, ground floor and entire 1st floor, 1st floor mezzanine, 2nd Floor which includes the conversion of an interior courtyard space to a double height Physical Education/PA space.

Mr. Bienvenu received his Bachelor of Architecture from Pratt Institute in 1989 . Mr. Bienvenu is a registered architect in the state of New York.
