Jarrett Semkow
Project Manager

Jarrett joined John Ciardullo Associates in 1997.  At Ciardullo, Jarrett has been involved in numerous projects for the N.Y.C. School Construction Authority and the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey participating as team member and as Project Manager with project types ranging from capital improvements to new school buildings.

His most notable work is managing the renovation of historical Floyd Bennett Field’s airplane Hangars into the Aviator Sports and entertainment complex. The complex contains an ice hockey rink with seating for 500 to 700 spectators, two full size wood floor basketball/volleyball courts, special events space featuring a climbing wall, gymnasium with male and female locker rooms and saunas, party rooms of adaptable size, a pro shop, a food/game courts, a synthetic turf soccer and football field with bleachers and lighting,

Prior to joining John Ciardullo Associates full time, Jarrett was a Resident Engineer for the N.Y.C. Department of Parks and Recreation.

He received his Bachelor of Professional Studies in Architecture from The State University of New York at Buffalo.
