John Alvarado
Project Manager

.John Alvarado joined John Ciardullo, PC in 2001.  As a project manager, Mr. Alvarado has managed several multi-million dollar design-build and capital improvement school projects, from schematic design through construction administration and close-out. 

Mr. Alvarado is a well rounded architect who brings expertise in building code and zoning analysis, CAD management, and incorporating BIM and new technology to the office.

Before joining Ciardullo PC, Mr. Alvarado for several architectural firms in NYC like Norman Rosenfeld Architects, LLC, SBLM Architects, Percy C. Griffin Architects and Planners, and Andre Tchelistcheff Architects LLP working on various Healthcare, Institutional, Educational, Residential, and Interiors Building projects.

Mr. Alvarado received his B.A. of Architecture from the City College of N.Y. in 1996, and B.S. of Architecture from the City College of N.Y. in 1995.
