Charles Heaphy has been with John Ciardullo Associates, P.C. for over ten years. As Sr. Project Architect, he is responsible for all project phases including programming, the development of design, budgeting and cost estimating, creating and monitoring schedules, the production of construction documents and performing construction administration services. Mr. Heaphy's experience with the firm includes several award winning projects: renovation and restoration of the Algonquin Hotel, waterfront condominium development Port Regalle and numerous educational facilities including the LEED certified Harlem Children’s Zone – Promise Academy set within the St. Nicholas Housing Development in Harlem, NY. From 1995 to 1998, Mr. Heaphy was an Associate at JSA, Inc. Architects/Planners located in Portsmouth, New Hampshire. He was responsible for the hospitality division of the company whose work included the design and construction of eight resort hotels for the American Skiing Company at their ski resorts in Colorado, Utah, Vermont, New Hampshire and Maine. He received his Bachelor of Architecture from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute in 1986 and Bachelor of Science in 1985. He is a registered architect in the State of New York. |
